We’ve Been Logo-ed!
Posted By Aaron on August 24th, 2008
See up there? At the top of the website? (RSS readers will need to click through)…. we’ve got a logo!

Thanks to Jason, the rest of Brash, and Bram Pitoyo for helping to coordinate the design.

I like the concept, but I keep reading it at WordCam PDX. The double P might be awkward, but removing it (and switching from lower-case to small-caps) seems confusing.
The logo is really nice, complete with bridge and Mt Hood. Jason did a great job.
However I agree with Reid that it needs the other P in it. Seems a little off without it.

Love the color scheme and some of the gradients going on. It is very busy for a logo, though. I feel like there is too much going on at once. I’m also not crazy about some of the intersections that are happening (for instance the ‘X’ and shadows of Mt. Hood). Didn’t notice the ‘P’ issue until it was pointed out, but am now reading it as Word Cam
